考研“六脈神劍”第一劍——法律類高頻熱詞

單詞怎樣才能記??？這是困擾每一個英語學習者的“世紀難題”。對考研學子而言，這道難題尤為棘手，因為考研詞匯“考的深”、“考的廣”。背單詞的方法有很多，詞根詞綴法、聯(lián)想記憶法、正序反序法等，這些方法雖各有優(yōu)點，但有一個共同缺點，即脫離了考試。
    對歷年考研英語真題研究后我們發(fā)現(xiàn)，相同題材文章中有大量單詞會重復出現(xiàn)，受此啟發(fā)，筆者獨創(chuàng)“真題分類背詞法”，將真題按題材分成六大類：法律類、經(jīng)濟類、醫(yī)學類、網(wǎng)絡(luò)類、科普類和文化生活類，筆者稱之為考研詞匯“六脈神劍”，將這武功秘籍熟練掌握，必能在考研戰(zhàn)場上獨步武林，笑傲江湖。
“六脈神劍”第一劍——法律類高頻熱詞：
1.  Act
真題例句：In 1968, the Congress of the United States passed the Jury Selection and Service Act, ushering in a new era of democratic reforms for the jury.（2010，Text 4）
全句翻譯：1968年，美國國會通過了《陪審團遴選與服務(wù)法案》，從此開創(chuàng)了一個陪審團民主改革的新時代。
2.  Measure
真題例句：The measure passed by the convincing vote of 15 to 10.（1997，Text 1）
全句翻譯：這一議案以有說服力的15票對10票獲得通過。
3.  bill
真題例句：Some have breathed sighs of relief, others, including churches, right-to-life groups and the Australian Medical Association, bitterly attacked the bill and the haste of its passage.（1997，Text 1）
全句翻譯：一些人如釋重負，而另一些人，包括教會、生命權(quán)利組織以及澳大利亞醫(yī)學會等都對這一法案及法案通過的倉促性進行了猛烈抨擊。
4.  statute

7.  legislation

全句翻譯：現(xiàn)在，該公司突然因為2006年法規(guī)宣稱2002年協(xié)議無效，且只有聯(lián)邦政府才有對核問題具有監(jiān)管權(quán)。
